By placing an order through the Launchpad online shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw products without notice.
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will always do our best to help.
Orders can be collected from Launchpad Café or delivered to selected local areas on designated delivery days.
Please make us aware of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order.
Common allergens are identified within our ingredient information wherever possible. However, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients and allergens. Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate information and prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve it.
If you change your mind before your order has been collected or delivered, we may be able to provide a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your order.
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been collected or delivered.
However, if there is an issue with your order, including damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory items, please contact us and we will investigate the matter. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
